It’s day 60 of my picture a day weight loss journey and these are my “proof is in the pudding” pants.
Again a super tight fit and something that REALLY shows where I am right now. It’s definitely better than it was two months ago, but I still have a looooonnnnggggg way to go. I’ve been reading up on multiple eating lifestyle plans and, although I had been very interested in THM, I am finding now that there are some seriously unaddressed issues with that program, namely their use of dangerous sugar replacements and the fact that no one seems willing to call them out on it. They have a super illogical outlook on natural sugar sources and it’s interesting to me that they can’t see how hypocritical it is to make claims about fats being healthy and godly while at the same time totally shunning healthy sugar sources like honey and raw cane sugar.
I’m going to keep digging because eventually I have to find SOME system that works for me. At this point, I’m thinking it will be an amalgamation of Keto, THM, Whole 30, Paleo, and Raw. It will be a chore, I know, but individually they don’t work 100% for me, so an amalgamation is what I’m thinking will be my best bet.
