It’s day 121 of my picture a day weight loss journey and I’ve gained a few pounds since the Easter weekend.
That’s actually a good thing, though, because I had been really sick with the flu the week before and lost about five pounds – but not the good way.
I’m not interested in losing weight fast, I’m interested in losing weight well. I want to lose fat while gaining health and muscle, so dropping quick pounds due to not being able to eat and having a slew of digestive issues when I do is NOT my idea of healthfulness.
Now that I’ve gained a couple of pounds back, I’m excited to get back on track with working out and eating well!
