It’s day 164 of my picture a day weight loss journey and today I spent TWO HOURS on the phone with AT&T (grrrrrrrrrr).
Ugh! I hate this company. I mean, really, really, REALLY hate this company! They’ve got a monopoly on my mountain so I don’t have a choice, but if I did, I would bid them good riddance and NEVER use them again!
It’s not a good excuse, but I didn’t get my work out in today because that kind of thing really messes me up mentally. Having to deal with prolonged stress and frustration like that throws me off my game and messes with my perception of what I can accomplish thereafter.
And since I was dealing with this in the morning, when I normally try to get my workouts done, I was just too frazzled and fried to get it done in the evening.
Again, not a good excuse, but also definitely a real-life set back for me. This was an excellent reminder of why it is so important to get my workouts done first thing, that way, no mater what I encounter during my day, I won’t find excuses to avoid doing it.
